Everything started with a simple, very polite phone call with the office staff. Hollie and Katie were great! I was scheduled quickly and my questions were answered thoroughly.
The first appointment consisted of a very detailed inspection by Mr. Lance. He was also great! Not only did he answer all my questions, but he was able to find something that needed a repair on my end. He even let me know of things we can do to help save money. He was also able to give an estimate with several different affordable options.
Next, the office staff did it again. I was able to pay the money I wanted down and apply for financing on the rest. The staff would call or email whatever was needed and the process was simple and easy!
Lastly, I was scheduled for install. Hunter and Nate came to install a full inside and outside system. They showed up on time, got started quickly, and were very polite. They also did great job! They cleaned up as they went, remained very detailed throughout the process, and even answered questions along the way.
I don't think this process could have went any better! When the crew left, the cold A/C never felt so good! About 30 minutes in, I had to adjust the temp and get a blanket. What a peace, thank you Mike's Heating & A/C!”

He was super knowledgeable, explained everything to me in detail and answered all the questions I had. He suggested he replaced the entire kit to which I agreed.
