I do not typically write Google reviews. I think if I put my name on a review, it has to be for a very special reason. After we purchased a new heat pump from Mikes Heating and A/C, they asked if we would provide a review. They have not paid me for this review, they did not give me a discount. Trust me we paid dearly for the new unit. However Mikes is a special company, worthy of me taking the time to write a review.
1 of our A/C units failed. We called a couple of companies for quotes, one of them was Mikes Heating and A/C out of Picayune (we are in Diamondhead). From the first email to Mikes, throughout the phone calls, while dealing with technicians and the front office staff everyone was professional. They showed up on time every time. Their work was clean, the technicians were professional. The company is well run and seems to take pride in their work and their customer service.
I doubt Mikes is the cheapest company in town, but I believe you get what you pay for. Highly recommended, and I am sure we will continue to use in the future.
Oh – I have to add, we got our electricity bill today. It seems that when Mikes did the install, they notified Coast Electric that we installed a new efficient heat pump. We got a $400 credit on our electricity bill. Totally unexpected.”
