Lance has been a wealth of knowledge and extremely helpful with reviewing different AC systems and functions, and even noticed that my air vents were facing the wrong direction for efficient cooling/heating. Once he explained, it totally made sense. Hailey did the primary AC install, and is so knowledgeable about the entire components and operation of things. LOVE my new Trane System. It's very quiet compared to the unit I had before, and works like a charm.”

As a retired nurse, I wanted to replace both but was at a loss as to who to hire. I obtained info and estimates. As it worked out Mike's H&C had put in furnaces for two of my adult children (Engineers) They were both very satisified with this company. They were very professional and answered all questions in an understandable lay-persons terms. They offered the best price and performed the job as promised. “My AC went out. The cost of repairs was going to be high, and I was told that it'll be a short-term fix. I would have to replace the unit in the near future. I choose to replace the entire system instead of putting more money into an older system. They were on time and completed the job as planned. The guys were very professional. I felt comfortable with them in my home. I'm very pleased with the service and my purchase. Mike's Heating & A/C also performs the first year of Maintenace on my new system- this is added with every new complete install. These guys are wonderful. “I had a lightning strike to a tree near my outdoor AC unit. Josh, with Mike’s AC came out and trouble shot the system. He found a bad thermostat, a burned circuit board, and a burned wire between the outdoor unit and the thermostat inside. In a short period of time he had the unit up and running. Josh’s experience and troubleshooting skills were put to the test and he came through with flying colors. Mike’s AC is very reliable. Highly recommend.”

“Reasonable price. They were not the cheapest quote for a new unit. But I wanted to go with the Trane unit, over the Rheem or Goodman units. Their service was top-notch. They were able to install the new air-conditioner and heating unit within a few days and they did a great job with the installation. And I really appreciated the follow-up a couple weeks after installation to inspect and make sure everything was running great.”

“If you only read one sentence know this; Mikes Heating and A/C showed up on time, did the work they promised on the day the promised, and followed up with a quality control visit. I highly recommend that you consider getting a quote from them.
I do not typically write Google reviews. I think if I put my name on a review, it has to be for a very special reason. After we purchased a new heat pump from Mikes Heating and A/C, they asked if we would provide a review. They have not paid me for this review, they did not give me a discount. Trust me we paid dearly for the new unit. However Mikes is a special company, worthy of me taking the time to write a review.
1 of our A/C units failed. We called a couple of companies for quotes, one of them was Mikes Heating and A/C out of Picayune (we are in Diamondhead). From the first email to Mikes, throughout the phone calls, while dealing with technicians and the front office staff everyone was professional. They showed up on time every time. Their work was clean, the technicians were professional. The company is well run and seems to take pride in their work and their customer service.
I doubt Mikes is the cheapest company in town, but I believe you get what you pay for. Highly recommended, and I am sure we will continue to use in the future.
Oh – I have to add, we got our electricity bill today. It seems that when Mikes did the install, they notified Coast Electric that we installed a new efficient heat pump. We got a $400 credit on our electricity bill. Totally unexpected.”

Mike’s Heating and A/C understand once a job is complete you leave your name on it based on the service rendered. “Once a task has begun, tarry until it’s done. “Always a great experience with Mike's! I have been using Mike's for repair to my [severely ancient] system for 10 years. We had kept it on life support long enough when I finally decided to replace everything. Mike's was my first and only call. I have found over the years that Mike and his technician, Tommy, are very courteous and experts at what they do. Within a week of my call, they had ripped out all of the old system and replaced it with new equipment. When they finished the installation, everything was clean and in place, no mess left for me to clean up [anyone remodeling their house understands this is a big deal]. Aside from the sound of a Dragon having been removed from the attic and added comfort of a new system, you would never know you just had a new air conditioner and furnace installed. Mike even got me the thermostat that I wanted, and it integrated easily into my smart home. I can use my phone app or simply tell "Alexa" and operate the system from the couch or remotely.
